C.J. RAMSTAD MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
    

ISMC invites all states and provinces who hold their own scholarship award program to submit their single best winning applicant for consideration by May 1, 2017. Judging will be done by the ISMC Scholarship Committee and the winner will be awarded a $1,000 scholarship. The winner of the C.J. Ramstad Memorial Scholarship will be announced at the 2017 International Snowmobile Congress. 

Applicant must be a member in good standing of their state/provincial snowmobile association.  Only one winning entry from each state/province may be submitted, and the ISMC Scholarship application must be completed in full. New this year is an ISMC-specific essay requirement.  See the application for the topic and details.  Please don't forget to include a photo of the applicant!

 
The scholarship committee will judge all applications and determine the qualified recipient(s).  Applications must be complete and will be judged on neatness, accurate spelling, correct grammar, and school and community involvement.
 
Essays will be judged on the knowledge of snowmobiling portrayed, neatness, spelling, grammar and writing style.  Applicants may be interviewed.  All decisions of the scholarship committee are final.
 
Scholarship funds will be awarded when the school of choice confirms enrollment.
